No! StayEssentials works independently. Simply share your store’s unique URL or QR code with guests via email, check-in instructions, or printed materials. It’s designed to complement any booking platform you already use.
StayEssentials charges 13% per transaction fees. Payment processing fees apply via Stripe, which go directly to Stripe—not us. For specific Stripe processing by region see https://stripe.com/pricing
Guests receive your store link automatically if you add it to your booking system, or you can share it manually via email, SMS, or a QR code placed in your property. They can browse and purchase add-ons anytime before or during their stay.
Refunds are processed through your Stripe account. StayEssentials doesn’t charge fees for cancellations. You can issue full or partial refunds directly in your dashboard, and guests will receive confirmation via email.
